Van De Westhuizen was born in a wild, unknown, group of meerkats. He was first seen on January 17, 2008 with two other wild males, Greegan and Bracken and three Whiskers Mob females Finn, Miss Lilly The Pink, and Ju Drop. The group became known as the Toyota Mob. Greegan and Finn took dominance. Then, in July of that same year, Ju Drop deposed Finn and Finn teamed up with a Commandos female named Benzendrine. Benzedrine took the position of dominant female, Van De Westhuizen and Bracken left the Toyota and teamed up with to two females to form the Sequoia Mob. Soon, Van De Westhuizen and Bracken left the Sequoia Mob and went back to the Toyota. In December of 2008, Van De Westhuizen teamed up with Bruce, Sid Vicious, and an unknown wild male. The group joined the Sequoia once again. Van De Westhuizen lost his position as dominant male to Bruce. In January of 2009, Finn, Van De Westhuizen, the wild male, two sub-adults, and two pups split form the group. The wild males returned to the Sequoia without any rest. Shortly after Van De Westhuizen disappeared and Sid Vicious join the splinter group and took dominant male.
