The Flaka Flaka were discovered in mid-2015 when a Drie Doring named Tobermory was found among them. Tobermony had disappared with two other females in 2013. It is possible that the three females joined up with wild meerkats; however it is unknow if she has taken dominance. Tobermony was collared, and the group had three pups with them. Little else is known about the group currently. It has been confirmed in late 2015 that the group is infected with TB, therefore their future is highly insecure.
Currently the dominant pair is unknown.
The Flaka Flaka have 7-10 members as of December 2015
