Young Chewbacca
Chewbacca(VJXM077) was born into the JaXX to subordinate female Cloudbreak on June 15, 2014. The father of the pups remained unknown. His litter-mates consist of three brothers: Robin(vJXM076), Quirkie(VJXM078) and Poletje(VJXM079). Sadly Robin and Quirkie disappeared in August, however, Chewbacca and Poletje survived and thrived in the JaXX. In October 2014 hew went roving for the first time, at the young age of just four months! He would continue to go roving regularly until in February 2016 he went roving and didn't return to the JaXX.
Ewoks[]
Chewbacca, Ash, Kazeh, Poletjie and Paddington found the Ewoks, whose adult males were out roving so they seized the opportunity. Chewbacca's time in the Ewoks was uneventful. Kazeh took dominance and Chewbacca took to roving again. In June 2016 he was absent. One month later he and several other Ewoks were found in a splinter group. The group stayed together along with a Überkatz female, Gyllyngvase and the group was named the Thunderkatz.
Thunderkatz[]
Chewbacca only spent two months in this group. He did not participate with the other males in fighting for dominance and in August, he and Ewoks born male, Genie left to rove.
Quintessentials []
Chewbacca and Genie found the Quintessentials, who were low on males, they easily joined and soon Chewbacca's older brother Paddington joined them. Chewbacca took dominance in the group quickly. However, their time in this group was short lived. The group was falling due to TB and in December, Genie and Chewbacca left the group to rove. Chewbacca however, was found dead in February 2017, due to TB. His partner, Genie died that same month, he was killed roving at the Rascals.
Trivia[]
VJXM077's name "Chewbacca" was suggested by our Friend Thomas from the USA, in honor of his very favorite dog - named after the Starwars figure Chewbacca, a Wookiee with a fierce appearance who always fights for a good cause.
"Chewbacca" won the poll in our Friends Burrow with amazing 23% of all votes, out of 40 names entered!
