Cruise was born on June 9, 2004 to Flower and Zaphod. She had three littermates, one sister Hawkeye and two brothers Logan and Mitch. A month after they were born, their older sisters Badiel and Mozart gave birth to their own litters which both survived. Cruise and her littermates stayed at the burrow longer, so Mozart and Badiel's pups could grow. When the pups start to foraging, VWP082 and VWF077 disappeared but all of Cruise's litter survived. Over the next year Cruise got new little brothers and sisters. When Cruise was a year old the group split in two, Cruise, Hawkeye and Logan went with the bigger half of the Whiskers, while Mitch went with Flower and the smaller group. The two group soon reunited. In April 2006, Cruise's older sister Armanita Ditch gave birth, but Flower killed her litter, Cruise then evicted her, showing that she was dominant to her. 8 months later, her mother Flower died. Rocketdog became the dominat female without any competition from the other females. All of Cruise littermates stayed with the whiskers for almost 8 months. Then in October 2007, a roving male came along, the Whiskers males chased him away and got separated from the group.Mitch was seen leaving the resereve alone and was never seen again. The rest of the males including Logan formed the Incas Mob and joined the Aztecs. Rocket Dog who was pregnant evicted Cruise, Hawkeye and a few other Whiskers females. Cruise, Hawkeye, Cheetra, and Petra all disapeared.

In December 2007, Cruise and Hawkeye reappeared with Petra and Cheetara, Cruises two younger sisters and three wild males, Al Pacino,Al Capone and Al Catraz. The new group was named Baobab. All four females were pregnant. Hawkeye had beaten Cruise, Petra and Cheetara for dominant female. Al Pacino had beaten Al Capone anAl Catraz for dominant male. Next month Cruise, Petra and Cheetara gave birth first, all the litter were lost. Hawkeye was the last one pregnant and her litter survived. In March Cruise and Hawkeye became pregnant again. Again Cruise gave birth but this time her litter survived. Cruise had two males Jason Bourne and Scorpion King and one female She-Ra. All of them survived to adulthood. Hawkeye sadly lost 2 of her 5 pups, when they start to forage with the adults. Then in July, Cruise attack Hawkeye for dominant female and won. Then the group split, Jason Bourne and Scopion King went with the other half but the two groups reunited. Cruise still held dominant female. In August Cruise and Hawkeye became pregnant. This time Hawkeye and Cheetara gave birth first and they both lost their litters. Cruise was last and her litter survived. Cruise second litter in Baobab had 5 pups, three females Snap, Pop and Coco and two males Toni and Crackle. All survived to adulthood. But Cruise was then attacked by Hawkeye and lost dominances. Hawkeye gave birth to a single male in December. Then Cruise gave birth to her third litter of pups, this time to two females Claptastic and Herpasaurus and one male Crusty. In September Hawkeye, Cruise and Hawkeye's daugter Procelain got pregnant. Hawkeye gave birth at the end of September and Cruise and Procelain gave birth in October, in the end a mix litter of 11 pups. Then in November, three of the pups died and Hawkeye evicted all the adult females. Cruise and several of her daughters and neices remain evicted by pregneat Hawkeye in November.

Cruise was first seen on Meerkat Manor Season 1 as a pup called Cruise, her sister Hawkeye was called Rocky, her brother Logan was called Einstein and her brother Mitch was called Mitch. Cruise was not seen much on Meerkat Manor, but her brother Mitch became famous. For an episode, Cruise played Mozart, Cruise was show evicted Armanita Ditch(Daisy on Meerkat Manor).
