Beej Kung Fu

Beej

Beej(VKUM016) was born on November 9, 2008, in the Kung Fu. His mother was Kleintjie, and his father was Ningaloo. His litter-mates were his two brothers Maroon(VKUM014) and Oiley Doyley(VKUM018) and four sisters Princessco(VKUF013), Pilko(VKUF015), Bean(VKUF017), and Littl'um(VKUF019). Beej's litter was Kleintjie's second surviving litter ever. All seven pups survived and brought the Kung Fu's numbers up. The Kung Fu only had two adults, the dominant pair, three sub-adults, and four three month old junveniles. Despite so few members all seven pups managed to survive. Only three months later, Beej's mother gave birth again to four pups. By then Beej and his six litter-mates could care for themselves. Beej was still too young to help out with the new pups. Despite the odds all seven pups made it to their first year. Beej now started helping out around the mob. Beej and his two brothers started to rove away from the group and even his two sisters Pilko and Bean went roving along with their older cousin McDreamy in June 2010. In August, Princessco left the group with several older females to form the Ewoks and later disappeared. Beej remained in the group and conitued to rove; however, he never appeared at any of the current monitored mobs, so he probably visited nearby wild groups. Beej lived in the Kung Fu for two years and soon became one of the oldest subordinate males under his father, beside his two litter-mate brothers. He often roved with Maroon and Oiley Doyley. In April 2011, his sister Pilko and Slyder gave birth to a mixed litter, but Beej would not be there to enjoy the new pups. Within that same month, he died of unknown causes. He was the second of his litter to be lost but the first to be comfirmed to have died.
